Returns Policy
Refund Policy:
We offer a full refund policy.
If an order isn't fulfilled we will reimburse you in full.
In this case the full amount will be charged back to the originating credit card bank account. Alternatively, at your choice, you may request a replacement order.
Returned Shipments:
All merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- Incorrect product received
- Delayed shipment
- Damaged goods
If you are simply not happy with your product just return the unopend goods minus the one that you have used for a refund.
Shipping:
Free delivery for orders over €60 (£40) in value. For orders of €60 (£40) or under in value a delivery charge of €9.00 (£6.00) will be added.
How are the goods shipped?
Your order is sent in a plain white envelope, (or a neutral parcel for large orders) with your address printed on a sticker affixed to the front. To ensure discretion we do not display our company name on the return address label.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is required upon receipt. Non UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and will be delivered by whichever postal service operates in your country. A signature is required upon receipt.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders placed before 12 noon are delivered within three working days. European orders placed before 12 noon are delivered within five working days. We can not guarantee a time for delivery outside Europe, outside of Europe deliveries vary according to your local service.
